MEMBERSHIP RULES & REGULATIONS

To participate in DDAS events and exhibits, an annual membership is required for eligible exhibitors. Membership runs from January 1st to December 31st and is set at $15.00 per year.

Memberships can be purchased through the following methods:

• E-transfer to ddastreasurer@gmail.com (include your name, contact information, and payment details) 
• In person at the Fairgrounds Office
• By mail (cheque payable to DDAS):
  RR #3, Site 300, Box 4, Dryden, ON, P8N 3G2
   

Membership is considered complete once both the signed membership form and payment have been received by the DDAS office. Membership cards are available upon request.

• Membership is required for all adult exhibitors (age 17 and over)
• Youth (16 and under) and seniors (65 and over) are not required to purchase a membership when exhibiting only in their respective youth or senior classes
• If youth or seniors enter adult classes, a membership is required
   

All ages are determined as of January 1st of the current year

This ensures fair participation and supports the continued success of DDAS events and programming.
