MEMBERSHIP RULES & REGULATIONS

To participate in DDAS events and exhibits, an annual membership is required for eligible exhibitors. Membership runs from November 1 to October 31 as per DDAS bylaws and is set at $15.00 per year.

• Paid membership is required for all adult exhibitors (ages 17-64)
• Youth (16 and under) and seniors (65 and over) are not required to purchase a membership, but are still required to complete the membership form and the attached waiver
   

All ages are determined as of January 1st of the current year. This ensures fair participation and supports the continued success of DDAS events and programming.

Memberships can be purchased through the following methods:

• E-transfer to ddastreasurer@gmail.com (include your name(s), contact information, and payment details) 
• In person at the Fairgrounds Office
• By mail (cheque payable to DDAS):
  RR #3, Site 300, Box 4, Dryden, ON, P8N 3G2
   

Membership is considered complete once both the signed membership form and payment have been received by the DDAS office. Membership cards are available upon request.
