The Mini Fair King & Queen Ambassador Program is a fun, inclusive opportunity for youth to take part in the Fall Fair, build
confidence and celebrate community spirit. This program focuses on participation, encouragement and having fun in a
supportive environment. Participants will be grouped by age (age is determined as of January 1st of the current year) and take part in several program components; including participation in the Fall Fair parade, designing a Fair poster, a short age-appropriate question-and- answer segment and selling five (5) books of DDAS raffle tickets. The parade participation, question-and-answer portion and crowning will take place on Thursday of the Fair (August 20, 2026). Every child will receive a prize, regardless of placement.
AGE GROUPS ARE:
• 4 – 6 Yrs
• 7 – 9 Yrs
• 10 – 12 Yrs
There will be a maximum of 12 participants, total, based on the order applications are received by DDAS.
REGISTRATION information will be available on the Dryden & District Agricultural Society’s Facebook page on June 1, 2026. Deadline to apply is June 30, 2026.
This program is designed to be a positive experience for all children and families and is a great way for youth to get involved in
the Fall Fair tradition.
NOTES: Submit a photo of your end of driveway sign/display that can be shared on social media.
Photo of sign/display can be in any season, taken since the last fair.
SPECIAL recognition will be given to sign/displays that reflect agriculture or our fair theme.
